Model - Store Experience Dept.
As a Model it is your job to represent the lifestyle and image of the brand, you are selling the brand by greeting, helping and ringing up customers. Additionally it is your job to assist the Impact dept. with the maintaining the store image.
Impacter - Impact Dept.
As a Impacter your role is to ensure that the shop floor and stock room is fully stocked and maintained using EUSRs (electronic unit stock report) and specific Home Office documents, additionally you will have to help with size checks and regularly do inventory counts.
Visual Stylist - Visual Dept. (Flagship/Large Store Only)
The visual department is in charge of all the visual aspects of a store, this includes lighting, form (mannequin) styling, marketing placement, store model styling, 'spritzing' the store with Abercrombie & Fitch cologne, lending specific zone clothing to models (wash'n'wear), as well as many other duties.
Cashier - Cashier Dept. (Flagship/Large Store Only)
The cashier department is very similar to the Model dept. however large flagship stores have a team dedicated to ringing up customers and helping them with returns due to the volume of customers.
Overnighter - Overnight Dept. (Flagship/Large Store Only)
Overnighters tend to work outside opening hours late in the evening throughout the night. Their job is similar to the Impact role without the added responsibility of helping customers. Overnighters are actually the better paid employees than most other positions due to the antisocial hours required.
